Before she became the Local Government Chairman, the road was hell for everybody but most especially businessmen. It is not an exaggeration, they were nearly twelve (12) Revenue Checkpoints in Ushongu Local Government between her boundaries with Gboko and Vandeikya Local Governments. Ihugh and Lessel markets were worst hit as buyers refused to attend the markets for fear of brutality and exploitation on the road.

Benue Born Catholic Priest Killed by Fulani Terrorists Buried Amist Tears and Protest in Kaduna

The victim, who until his death was the Chaplain of the Catholic Community at Kaduna Polytechnic, was killed on his farm at Kujama in Chikun Local Government Area of the state. At the event held at the Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church, the Archbishop of Kaduna Archdiocese most Reverend Mathew Ndagoso lamented the rising insecurity in the country. The Archbishop expressed a deep sober concern that Nigeria has become a failed state where the killing of innocent souls is rather been celebrated with impunity.
